Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In-Park Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare beverages for Guests in accordance with company, local and federal guidelines
Verify Guests age by examining valid forms of identification
Set up and maintain the overall cleanliness of the bar area
Provide friendly and speedy service while resolving any issues that may arise
Follow all sanitation guidelines put in place by the health department while handling food items
Restock locations as necessary and notify management of inventory levels for reordering
Follow company alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication
Ensure all recipes are being followed to control costs
Complete the proper food safety, transfer and waste paperwork on a daily basis
Enforce and follow all safety and security procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age Previous experience bartending or food service preferred Work varied shifts, including nights, holidays and weekends Able to be self-motivated and work independently with little assistance Must be able to stand and walk for up to 6 hours at a time Must complete ServSafe Alcohol Training – Completed during training at the park

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole
