**Bartender, Riverbend** _Work Mode: Onsite_ **Location:** Kohler, WI **Opportunity** Our Riverbend team leads a members-only club offering golf, dining, lodging and spa benefits in a 16th-century English Tudor-style mansion overlooking the Sheboygan River. **Specific Responsibilities** + Greeting guests promptly and proactively with warm welcome. + Creating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere, which will encourage repeat business. + Maintaining positive guest relations and display “spotlight” behaviors. + Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes. + Keeping bar storage areas clean at all times, and proper handling of glasses. + Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI. + Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment as well as following proper rotating procedures. + Take food orders from the guests at the bar and the dining area and serve per the course of order. + Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor. This is a Seasonal opportunity. Working weekdays & weekends, shifts vary from 10am - 11pm. **Skills/Requirements** + Candidates must be 18 years old and have the ability to obtain Safe Serve License + 2+ years prior bartending experience required + The ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and/or consistently up to 10 pounds to move objects is required _The hourly range for this position is $9.30 - $11.65. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
