Located in Downtown Manhattan, our 463 all-suite luxury hotel is less than 10 minutes from the city’s most iconic attractions, including One World Trade Observatory, Tribeca, Greenwich Village, SoHo, and Wall Street. Experience panoramic views of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty from Leonessa, our Italian rooftop bar. Business travelers can meet in our 30,000 square feet of event space spanning two floors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role at a property of a similar size, and full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to obtain additional job-related certifications as requested.

Pay Rate:  $30.65 - $40.87 / hour

What will I be doing?

\n

 

\n

As a Bartender, you would be responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests.

\n

 

\n

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n

 

\n\nGreet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.\nMix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards.\nPresent and serve beverages to guests.\nCheck guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations.\nAccurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards, and vouchers.\nStock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.\nCut, store, and ensure product quality of all beverage-related perishables.\nRespond professionally to inebriated guests, as needed.\n\n
