Job DescriptionCreate a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of servicePrepare cold and hot beverages to O&B standardsEnsure accuracy when entering information into the POS systemMonitor food quality and presentation standardsRespond promptly and courteously to any guest request or concernMonitor the cleanliness of grab & go area and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutterFollow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing grab & go productsBe aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergiesComplete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safelyFollow all food safety standards and systemsOther duties as assigned or required

QualificationsPrior barista experience desirableSmart Serve RequiredHigh attention to detail and cleanlinessPassionate about customer serviceAbility to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environmentOrganizational skills and sales abilityAbility to multi-task and maintain a level of professional urgency and momentumStrong oral and written communication skills and ability to engage our guestsExperience in a similar environment an asset
