PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE
Participate in the reception of F&B products, consumables and PMHSet up service counters and all dispensing points and workstationsKeep the coffee shop clean and contribute to its friendly atmosphereRegularly check that products are properly displayed in the window, and that signage is correctly positioned in front of each product.Ensure permanent supply by maintaining a high level of anticipation and communication with the bar manager for beverages and the kitchen team for food productsManage coffee shop stock autonomouslyGreet and advise GMs on the choice of food and beverages availableTake orders, prepare and serve food and beverages according to specific established techniquesPresent harmonious and attractive food products and reheat, if necessary, in accordance with specific techniquesEnsure compliance with standards and proceduresReport any malfunctions to managerCollect small hotel equipment (glasses, cups, glasses, trays…) from the room, or dedicated spaceIf necessary, suggest products for sale and actions to increase salesIf necessary, collect payment for items sold and record salesKEEP THE COFFEE SHOP CLEAN
