Barbacks are essential to maintaining an efficient, clean, and well-stocked bar environment that allows bartenders to deliver outstanding service to our guests. **Responsibilities:** + Support bartenders by ensuring all supplies are stocked, organized, and available during service. + Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar areas, bar tools, and equipment according to health and safety standards. + Assist with preparation of garnishes, replenishment of beverages, and restocking of glassware and bar products. + Remove trash, clean spills, and perform side work duties throughout and after service. + Engage with guests professionally when appropriate, providing discreet and polished support to the overall service experience. + Follow all California state and local laws related to alcohol service and food handling.
