About The Role:
**This role will not be onboarded until August 20th, 2025**
Four Seasons Resort Naples is looking for an energetic and guest-oriented Barback to assist the Bar Team in providing exceptional service. Barbacks work with the Bar Team throughout the service by providing any necessary items to guests /Bar team and helping to keep the bar area clean and clear.
What You Will Do:
Be part of the pre-opening team!
Assist Bar team by providing water, clearing dirty glassware and dishes from tables and bar surfaces anticipating guests’ needs before requests are made.
Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have the bar set according to standard, check and set the garnish/dish area, displays or stations between service or as needed.
Clear bar and tables efficiently and quietly between guests and reset them.
Always ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
Responsible for helping the Bar Team wash, clean, and reset glassware.
Refilling batch bottles, juice, ice, and garnish.
Assisting Bar team with bar snacks.
Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, following the standards and sequence of service.
Handle any requests in a courteous and efficient manner, communicating with the Bar Team to ensure they are aware of guest requests and are able to follow up.
Ensure that each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.
What You Bring:
1+ years of food and beverage experience required with Bar experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
