As a Bar Supervisor she/he will ensure high standards and hygiene, motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service. **MAIN DUTIES:** + Ensuring the bar and staff operate efficiently + Ensuring the compliance to the Brand Standard Guidelines + Upholding high hygiene standards + Reconciling banking + Staff Training + Manage the workflow + Maintain inventory and stock **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** + Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. + License or Certification: HACCP + One year of bar supervisory or leadership experience + Excellent communication skills + Motivational and a passion for developing others + Computer and POS proficiency + Ability to maintain high standards when working under pressure + Fluent in both Italian and English _At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
