Responsibilities:
Supervising daily bar operations while ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and licensing regulations
Assisting the Manager in boosting bar performance and precisely analysing sales and beverage costs
Lead and inspire the bar team, providing training in mixology techniques and presentation
Assist in managing inventive and creative cocktail menus for all outlets
Crafting memorable moments for our guests
Craft and curate an innovative beverage menu that reflects creativity and seasonal trends
About You:
Certified Manager (ideally) with mixology expertise
Rockstar bar supervisor with 1+ years of bartending in high-energy venues
A creative trendsetter with outstanding leadership skills, ready to inspire and motivate the team
Hospitality aficionado, style-savvy, and a pro at launching the next big thing!
Quick-thinking and adaptable, ready to tackle any challenge with a positive attitude
Flexible availability (evenings and weekends)
