Embassy Suites Napa Valley Hotel is a mile from Downtown and within eight miles of a plethora of local wineries. Our all-suite hotel is surrounded by landscaped grounds featuring California redwoods, rose gardens, and resident wildlife. We offer a complimentary made-to-order breakfast and evening cocktail reception. 

Currently in the final stages of a major renovation and rebranding to Curio Collection by Hilton in early 2026.  We are redefining Napa hospitality by bringing authentic, distinctive programming on-property. Our 7-acre resort will include refined interiors, a luxurious spa, open-air courtyard, meditation gardens and exceptional culinary experiences. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years bartending experience (hotel preferred), the ability to work a flexible schedule, excellent customer service skills, is a team player and problem solver. Previous supervisory experience is a huge plus! 

Shift Pattern: Afternoon into evening, typically 2p-11p 

Pay Rate: $25/hr

What Will I Be Doing? 

As a Bar Supervisor you are tasked with the following: 

Supervises and oversees bar operations 

Ensuring that all bar stations and bar operations are maintained according to standards. 

Serves beverages and/ or food to guests in friendly 

Courteous and timely manner 

Prepares beverage for other servers to supply guests and acts as cashier. 

Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
