Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Bar Supervisor to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. This bar is located at the North Station MBTA Commuter Rail platform within TD Garden. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

What will you do?Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training Assist with bartending shifts as necessaryInvestigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodationsManage labor and profit lossEnsure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shiftAssist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

More about you1-2 years bartending experience requiredMinimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferredMust be able to implement rules and direct employeesA true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentMinimum 18 years of age

Physical requirementsConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
