Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Bar Supervisor to join our team at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with bar operations, ensuring that our guests receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity, ensuring that the bar's budget is not exceeded and maintaining health and safety standards within the bar. What will you do?Oversee bar set-up and closing procedures on event daysEnsure that all company policies including all alcohol guidelines are followed by team membersObserve, evaluate, and document job performances of team membersOrder and maintain product inventoryComplete daily sales reports and reconciliationAssist with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting

More about you1 year experience in a Supervisory role preferred Previous experience in bartending with knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issuesNo college degree required

Physical requirementsFrequent walking; constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsAble to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 poundsMay be exposed to moderate noise levels and variable temperatures depending on the season
