All team members receive benefits including: + Weekly pay + Employee assistance program + Training and development opportunities + Employee discounts + Flexible work schedules Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement. **What will you do?** + Oversee bar set-up and closing procedures on event days. + Ensure that all company policies are followed by associates. + Observe, evaluate, and document job performances of associates. + Recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, disciplinary action, and discharges. + Ensure associates meet appearance standards and follow all uniform guidelines. + Order and maintain product inventory. + Complete daily sales reports and reconciliation. + Assist with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting. + Assist bartending associates in serving guests as business levels demand. **More about you** + Must be at least 21 years old. + Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed. + Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position required. + Minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender required. + Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues. + Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Proficient in Microsoft Office. **Physical requirements** + Frequent walking, throughout the entire facility, for the entire length of shift. + Constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. + Able to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds. + Bar environment – noise level may be moderate to high during busy times. **Shift details** Event based **Who we are** Delaware North manages food and beverage services at Climate Pledge Arena, home of the NHL’s Seattle Kraken, WNBA’s Seattle Storm, and premier live music and entertainment.
