The Boilerman Bar Munich is marketed as an independent concept and targets the neighborhood with highballs. How does your working day look like ... 

You will plan the work schedule, lead the team and support your colleagues in their developmentYou ensure correct billing and clean administrative processesYou take responsibility for your budget and develop the bar entrepreneuriallyYou are a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for the highballersYou support your colleagues with an infectious smile when all the guests storm the bar at the same time and want a drinkYou stay on top of things even when plans change spontaneously
Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

You have gained initial management experience in a bar and speak fluent EnglishYou can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also know your way around Munich and always have a few tips on the scene at handYou are enthusiastic about the bar scene and bar culture and enjoy discovering new conceptsYou're a doer - and openly admit when you've done something wrongYou not only bring your skills, but also your character
