The Trumbull Marriott Shelton is seeking a Banquet Supervisor. This position will oversee event setup, staffing, service, and breakdown, ensuring high-quality execution and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include directing staff, coordinating with the kitchen and sales, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, and acting as the main point of contact for clients during the event. This role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to manage timelines, resources, and staff performance.
