Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Banquet Servers to join our team at The Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, New York. As a Banquet Server, you will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting, ensuring that [UNIT] guests' needs are being met in a positive, efficient, and courteous manner.

What will you do?Set up tables following the banquet event order.Serve food, take and fill drink orders, answer questions, remove dirty dishes. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures.Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints.Break down events according to company procedures.

More about youMust be 18 years of age or older.Excellent guest service skills.Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly.

Physical requirementsAbility to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of shift.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.Mobility to maneuver between tables.
