Use of Evention / Oracle / Abrhil / Opera / Micros systems
Comprehensive management of budgets, operating costs, and inventories.
Coordination with kitchen, sales, and other key departments to ensure efficient execution.
Supervision of the team before, during, and after the event, including setup, service, and teardown.
Personalized attention to clients, from planning to the completion of the event, ensuring compliance with expectations and proactive resolution of issues.
Verification of compliance with quality standards, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Task distribution to optimize processes and constant monitoring of staff performance.
Ability to act quickly in unforeseen circumstances, always keeping customer satisfaction as a priority.
