THE JOB:

Be part of a team that elevates every guest experience. As a Banquet Beverage Assistant Manager at MGM Grand, you will lead and inspire our beverage team, ensuring seamless service and memorable moments for every guest. With your welcoming smile and attentive service, you’ll understand each guest’s unique needs and create WOW experiences that stay with them long after their visit.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Provide guidance, support, and counsel to beverage employees; ensure proper scheduling and staffing.

Support management in overseeing assigned shifts to deliver exceptional guest service, coordinate requisitions, and maintain stocked beverage outlets.

Manage daily operations in line with departmental strategy, including labor management, service supervision, scheduling, and inventory control.

Monitor and manage fiscal budgets, departmental operations, and marketing strategies to achieve short- and long-term profitability goals.

Oversee guest service standards, handle complaints, and ensure experiences align with MGM Grand’s brand values.

Lead HR responsibilities for assigned departments, promoting teamwork, recognition, performance feedback, quality hiring, training, succession planning, and adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and collective bargaining agreements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of prior relevant experience in beverage or an equivalent F&B supervisory role

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
