The opportunityDelaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a part-time Banquet Bartender to join us at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at events while providing an excellent guest experience.

What will you do? Set up portable bar with all the appropriate items Organize wine and champagne service for meal functions Maintain bar supplies and glassware and know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available Measure all drinks using a shot glass and encourage sales to guests Ensure all bar billing is accurate and money drops are done at the end of the shift More about you No high school diploma or GED required Must be at least 21 years of age Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required Previous experience using computerized point of sale system required Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally Noise level may be moderate to high during busy times Shift detailsDay shift
