Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Banquet Bartenders to join us at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Banquet Bartenders are responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at banquets and events responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience at all times.

What will you do?Receives drink orders from patrons or serversServes alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and proceduresMixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer, or draws draught beerEnters drink orders into the point-of-sale system, collects payment from patrons for drinks servedCompletes Daily Bar Sales Report accuratelyMaintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and suppliesCleans, maintains, and stores bar and cocktail area and bar stock; keeps area clean of glasswarePrepares and replenishes appetizers and/or garnishes as neededPerforms opening, closing, and additional work duties as assigned

More about youMust be at least 18 years of ageOne year of previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferredAbility to complete and maintain an alcohol service certificateBasic math skills, with the ability to accurately total guest checksPossess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand namesVerbal communication skills, listening skills, withthe ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly

Physical requirementsAbility to remain standing for the entire length of the shiftConstant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsAbility to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionallyBar environment - noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
