This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading national practice, supporting on a strong pipeline of complex and high-value banking transactions. The team acts for major UK and international lenders and borrowers across a wide range of sectors, with particular strength in real estate finance, corporate lending, and development finance. The Opportunity: - Advise on a broad mix of banking and finance matters, including corporate lending, acquisition finance, development and real estate finance. - Work closely with a Chambers-ranked team on a mix of domestic and cross-border transactions. - Flexible working model, with the option to work from either the Bristol or London office and from home. - Join a collaborative, friendly team culture within a top-tier law firm. Requirements: - 4+ years' PQE in banking and finance law gained in a recognised practice. - Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision. - Commercial approach, with excellent communication and client-handling skills. - Available at short notice or within a month.
