This role involves clerical work, data entry, and general customer assistance while following standardized procedures. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Perform clerical functions requiring simple analysis and minimal use of judgment + Input customer or Bank data into designated mainframe or computer systems + Assist internal and external customers by providing general information + Process documents and paperwork according to standardized instructions + Carry out other duties as assigned by management **Scope of Responsibilities:** This position works under direct supervision and within clearly defined guidelines.
