We are seeking a Banking Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Banking and Client Service teams. This role plays a critical part in executing banking and treasury operations, overseeing distributions, and ensuring clients receive timely, accurate service.
Responsibilities:
The role of this position is to assist the Banking team to ensure proper handling for all banking and treasury related operations of the department. Details include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate payments (ACH/WIRE/CHECK) to our clientsReview payments (ACH/WIRE/CHECK) prior to disbursementCoordinate OFAC reviews prior to payment distributionTrack all payment requests received from the Client Service teamMonitor all banking activities to detect and timely resolve any irregularitiesDaily account reconciliation to ensure bank account balance and our internal records matchDaily review and decisioning of positive pay itemsPrepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash deposits to the bankPrepare reconciliation reports for individual remediation client accounts as needed (weekly, monthly)Work with team on escheatment of aged fundsDevelop an understanding of Broadridge and the scope of the companyDevelop an understanding of the Class Actions businessRequirements:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and 3+ years related experience and/or training.Degree in accounting or related field a plusStrong analytical skills: ability to gather data, interpret results, reformulate as neededStrong written and oral communication skillsA self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsCorporate or treasury banking experience a plusIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills.Salary range $65,000.00-$75,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
