Business/ Department Objectives –

The analyst will provide close support to the Banking Business Managers

Core Responsibilities –

Interact and work with Business Managers / Senior bankers running the FranchiseAnalyzing internal financial metrics data / wallet analysisDevelop strategic presentations with pro-active suggestions to Business ManagersReview all processes to identify improvement areas and potential risksConnect the dots from past experiences while dealing with new Assignments / Investigations / Projects

Key Deliverables / Day-to-Day Responsibilities –

Preparing performance-based reports and presentations for franchise management to be delivered to senior management and Business ManagersRadar (DMS) backlog updates & additionsClient Coverage / Attribute changes with CIS / Toolbox teamDevelop good partnership with all support teamsDemonstrate good hands on all the internal systems and databases

QUALIFICATIONS –

Required: GraduatePreferred: MBA

               

Skills –

Excel / PPT: Should be equipped with intermediate to advanced excel functionalitiesSystem: CIW Essbase, SmartView, Toolbox, DMS, Dealogic, Opportunity System,Effective communication skills – both written and verbalShould be inquisitive, proactive and show excellent attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong team player skillsMust be able to work well under pressure and to prioritize workload to deliver results to tight deadlinesAbility to manage confidential dataGood understanding of Financial ConceptsExpertise in Tableau, VBA Macros, SQL, Advanced Excel
