Job Description

To deliver a quality service and manage service gaps realised by clients as they engage through the bank's various touchpoints. Deepen bank-client relationships primarily focused on lending and transactional product entrenchment and uptake on the bank's rewards programme. Mainly driven via campaigns execution and reactive response to client demands.

3-4 Years experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial acumenAnalyse customers’ financial behaviour, current product holding and short to long term financial needsApply discretion to act on client instructions within defined mandate and escalate where applicableIdentify business opportunities and create additional sales for future growth.Ability to retain existing customers or clients, diagnose their needs and present product feature and benefits to retain their business.
