Responsibilities:
+ Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding service to clients by handling cash transactions, answering account-related inquiries, and assisting with banking services.
+ Business Banking Support: Collaborate with account managers and loan officers to support business clients with their accounts and financial transactions.
+ Account Maintenance: Process deposits, withdrawals, and checks accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
+ Sales Support: Identify opportunities to promote business banking products and services, referring clients to specialized departments when needed.
+ Problem Resolution: Address client concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
+ Operational Excellence: Manage cash drawers with precision and ensure accurate reconciliation at the end of each shift.
+ Compliance: Uphold the security and confidentiality of client data and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Experience: Previous banking or cash-handling experience required; prior experience in business banking is a plus.
Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with business clients.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in handling cash and performing basic math operations.
+ Familiarity with banking software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
