You’ll play a key role in issuing bank drafts and managing overdraft cheque requests, ensuring clients receive a smooth and reliable off-boarding experience. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Bank Teller (Contract) to support our active banking clients. In this frontline operations role, you’ll assist clients with critical financial transactions such as issuing bank drafts for home purchases and processing overdraft cheque requests. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that ensures every client interaction is smooth, secure, and empathetic. Key Responsibilities Issue bank drafts for active clients making large financial transactions (e.g., home purchases) Review, verify, and fulfill overdraft cheque requests Ensure all documentation complies with internal risk, compliance, and regulatory standards Collaborate with internal teams including operations, client experience, and treasury Provide timely updates and confirmations to clients regarding transaction status Identify and escalate recurring issues or process inefficiencies Maintain accurate records and ensure secure handling and dispatch of physical documents Deliver a high-touch, empathetic experience to clients during key financial moments Qualifications 1. Previous bank teller experience OR working in a fast retail environment 2. Strong communication skills 3.
