Job Description

Join Our NHS Team as an ICT Service Desk Assistant - Band 3

Supporting healthcare through technology

We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused ICT Service Desk Assistant to join our growing digital team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of keeping our systems running smoothly so our front-line healthcare professionals can deliver the best possible patient care.

? Location: Ulster Hospital, Dundonald
? Salary: Band 3 - £12.31 per hour
? Hours: Monday to Friday 9 until 5pm

What You'll Do:

Support the ICT Service Desk Manager in delivering the Trust's ICT Strategy and annual work programmesLog, assign, and track all incoming ICT Incidents, Service Requests, and Information RequestsTake ownership of calls from start to resolution, ensuring timely updates and excellent communication with usersProvide 1st line remote technical support for our hardware, software, and network infrastructure - following best practice standardsGive clear, friendly feedback to users about the status of their requestsAssist with the administration of the ICT Service Desk, including processing request forms
