Check-in patients for appointmentsMake and take telephone callsManage waiting listsAction work-queuesBook appointmentsComplete patient follow-up

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a team administration or office environment (1-2 years)Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAbility to work independently and as part of a team with excellent organisational skillsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced settingUnderstanding of confidentiality, data protection, and records management

Qualifications:

4 GCSEs including English and Maths (Grade A*-C) or equivalent, or relevant experience
