What You'll Be Doing

Answering phone calls and handling enquiries with professionalism and empathy.Managing patient records, completing admission and discharge paperwork, and keeping information updated and confidential.Booking appointments and patient transport, and providing IT support for the ward's systems.Ensuring paperwork, supplies, and patient documentation are always in order.Directly supporting patients, relatives, and the wider multi-disciplinary team, making a genuine impact on the hospital experience.

Warm, approachable, and confident communicator.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Computer literacy and a willingness to learn NHS systems.A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.Discretion and sensitivity: you'll handle confidential patient information every day.
