**Job Description** **Responsabilidades:** + Auxiliar na pré-preparação dos itens do menu (higiene e corte de alimentos). + Auxiliar no controle / planejamento dos itens utilizados no menu. + Montar e distribuir / serviço de coffee breaks e do atendimento do Conselho de Administração - Diretores. + Coletar e identificar amostras de alimentos. + Levar a comida da área de preparação para abastecer os frigoríficos e estufas. + Retirar a comida dos frigoríficos e estufas para abastecer os balcões térmicos. + Retirar os produtos perecíveis da embalagem original, a fim de realizar as atividades de pré-preparação e preparação de alimentos. + Auxiliar na obtenção da padronização das preparações em conjunto com 1/2 Oficiais e Cozinheiros, através da utilização das receitas padrão. + Realizar serviços de saneamento nas áreas internas e externas do restaurante. + Realizar a limpeza diária dos equipamentos e utensílios. **Additional Job Description** **Requisitos obrigatórios** + Experiência comprovada em restaurante, lanchonete, açougue ou afins e/ou atividades de Limpeza; + Ensino fundamental completo; + Disponibilidade total de horários para atuar em turnos, finais de semana e feriados, quando houver necessidade. **Requisitos desejáveis** + Carteira de habilitação categoria B.
