Manulife Indonesia Agency Digital will be accountable to leads project delivery & maintenance related to Agency Digital tools and other automation to support Agency Channel.

Min. Bachelor’s Degree from Information Technology / System InformationSpecialization in industry related programs would be an asset, such as LOMAMinimum 5 years in Insurance IndustryIT Business Analyst ExperienceKnowledge in Insurance businessWindows and officeStrong verbal and written skills in Bahasa IndonesiaStrong inter-personal skills in English would be an assetNice to Haves:
Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholdersOn the job you will:
Review & ensure enhancement request are aligned with the agency digital roadmap to achieve its bold ambition.
Anticipate future needs of digital capability including to review and improve digital roadmap continuously to fulfill future needs.
Define goals and create a vision for development projects.
Communicates it to all stakeholders, to make sure the goals and the vision are clear and aligned with Agency Digital ambition & roadmap.
Managing and monitoring all digital initiatives, prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
Agency Digital Specialist will also need to map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
Define prioritization by considering project scope, budget, and time, and weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders.
With the vision, strategy, and product priorities set, Agency Digital Specialist should oversee the actual development of the product. Agency Digital Specialist should be a player of each initiative, including planning, refinement, review, and sprint.
Manage good communication with all stakeholders, to ensure there’s buy-in from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategy and provide clear instructions and deliverables for the developers.
Inspecting and evaluating product progress through each iteration. Agency Digital Specialist needs to make justification and recommendation for next steps.
