The Bancassurance Admin Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day tasks, initiatives and projects of the Bancassurance Strategy and Channel Enablement Department.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Bancassurance Strategy and Channel Enablement (BSCE) Department in day-to-day operations.Assist in coordination and implementation of MCBL campaigns, initiatives, events, engagements, projects and activities.Handles the calendar, travel arrangements, expense administration, and meeting scheduling for BSCE.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for coordination and alignment on meetings, logistical requirements and project execution.Track and follow-up project timelines, deliverables and action items.Prepares minutes, reports, presentations, communication materials and documentations as needed.Maintain and organize BSCE files, records, merchandise/logistics supplies.Requests, monitor and ensures zero-waste management of departmental office supplies.Coordinates onboarding requirements for newly hired members of the team.Handles all other administrative concerns and coordination for the entire Department.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related fieldAt least 2-3 years experience in similar role/functionTechnical Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Kahoot, MS Forms,Preferred Qualifications:
