¿Qué harás?
Serás parte de un proyecto estratégico de consolidación financiera, participando en la migración e implementación de procesos clave (Contraloría, FP&A, Tesorería, Impuestos), con el objetivo de independizar el sistema financiero de Banamex.
Responsabilidades principales:
• Gestionar proyectos de transformación financiera de principio a fin (end-to-end).
• Coordinar equipos de trabajo multidisciplinarios.
• Implementar sistemas y procesos financieros.
• Participar en la toma de decisiones clave para la consolidación del área.
Perfil ideal:
• Licenciatura terminada en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Sistemas o afín.
• 4 a 6 años de experiencia en proyectos similares.
• Conocimientos en Excel, PowerPoint (Python, Access y Big Data deseables).
• Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
• Habilidades: trabajo en equipo, liderazgo, proactividad, comunicación, atención al detalle.
Deseable: Haber trabajado previamente en áreas similares dentro del sector financiero.
