The Cash and Trade Proc Rep is an entry level role responsible for reviewing and performing simple transactions in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to ensure transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the checker role for transactions and adhere to all required procedures and controls
+ Provide assistance for all moderately complex operational processes as needed
+ Participate in system and client testing
+ Assist in training team members
+ Assist with special reports and projects as needed
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 2-5 years of relevant experience
+ Basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

+ Verificación y seguimiento de trámites vía telefónica con clientes de Banca Patrimonial.
+ Verificación y confirmación telefónica de transacciones de efectivo y valores con clientes de Casa de Bolsa.
+ Elaboración y revisión de bases de datos
+ Llamadas de Servicio
+ Validación de Documentos
**Requisitos**
+ Experiencia requerida o conocimientos específicos:
+ Manejo de paquetería Microsoft Office, nivel Intermedio
+ •Análisis de información sensitiva (datos sensitivos)
+ Conocimiento en sistemas operativos bancarios (en particular transacciones, trámites relacionados al ABC de Contratos) –deseable, no indispensable
+ •Manejo de bases de datos
+ Dominio del idioma inglés para la atención de clientes de habla extranjera –deseable, no indispensable
**Requisitos indispensables:**
+ • Experiencia en Llamadas y atención a clientes
+ • Validación de datos
