Job OverviewThe Data Quality Analyst 2 is responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of Data Quality processes. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to improvement and performance activities by providing measurement, evaluation, and assessment services relating to Data Quality and data production.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for monitoring, assessing, analysing, and/or evaluating processes and data to ensure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvementInterprets data and makes recommendationsIdentifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures, or practicesPresent information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversityReport Data Quality defects through the Data Concern Remediation Management processAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparencyQualifications:
0-2 years of relevant experienceExperience with basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Working knowledge of Collibra and other Data Governance industry standard toolsIntermediate proficiency in System Query Language (SQL)Working knowledge of Tableau (report consumer, developer, etc.)Demonstrated understanding of Database structuresWorking knowledge of industry practice and standardsAnalytical skills and attention to detailFlexible, team-oriented, and good interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to communicate effectivelyEducation:
