The Operations Support Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge and understanding in own field or discipline AND basic knowledge of other areas of the the businessThorough knowledge of the bank's core processes and systems, through which debits, credits, and other impacts to customer accounts are executed.Administration and reconciliation of high-risk accounts, used for the clearing and reconciliation of various operational processes with accounting impact.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Extensive knowledge of the operational processes of Operational Support, Check Operations, and Issuing/Operating Back Office.Skills for identifying operational risks arising from the nature of each operational process.Knowledge of the general characteristics of each commercial banking product, as well as an understanding of the structure, roles, and systems involved in each product.Managing large operational teams (MUST)Education:
