Ayvens is searching for a dynamic Baltic Commercial Director to define and execute our commercial strategy, manage sales operations, and unlock new business opportunities in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The Commercial Director for the Baltic Countries will be a pivotal leader responsible for defining, executing, and overseeing the entire commercial strategy. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and strategic partnership management, dedicated to achieving ambitious growth targets and fostering a high-performing sales culture. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial landscape for a leading global mobility provider in a dynamic and growing market.

​Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Baltic Commercial Strategy: Drive market leadership and achieve growth targets across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.Lead & Grow Sales: Inspire and manage a high-performing sales team to exceed profit and unit objectives.Drive Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities while expanding existing client relationships and key partnerships.Oversee Marketing Alignment: Ensure marketing initiatives effectively support commercial goals.Ensure Operational Excellence & Customer Experience: Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless solutions and uphold brand quality.Strategic Contribution & Reporting: Provide accurate reporting and actively contribute to Baltic and Ayvens Group senior management decisions.
