Training hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM, Working hours: Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week 8 AM-4:30 PM

 About the Role\n\n

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

\n\n  Balancing experience and working with financial instruments                 \n Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills\n Performs 10 keys, cut verify and balancing procedures.\n Perform tasks based on established procedures. Ensure accuracy and completeness of scanned documents\n Additional duties as assigned. Handle multiple assignments when needed\n All other duties as assigned\n\n

Requirements:

\n\n High School Diploma or GED \n Ability to meet the requirements of a background and drug screen\n Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously\n Good attendance/punctuality\n Strong attention to detail\n Able to work independently as well as in a team environment\n Strong, positive, team-player attitude and approach to the day\n 1-2 years of balancing and financial institution experience\n Ten Key experiences\n Proficient keyboard skills\n Ability to lift and sit for long periods \n\n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $18.00
