Kerry's expert in Bakery - Serving customers of the bakery industry division with an emphasis on technical/ process support to bring credibility, competence and presence that makes Kerry the partner of choice in Bakery.

Enhancing the Customer Experience: partnering with sales team and collaborating with customers to enhance the unique value proposition of Kerry in the Bakery Market. Key priorities include visiting key customers to provide guidance on the correct application of products to maximize the use of our products in our portfolio, supporting customers on scale up/troubleshooting, identifying opportunities for broader applications with existing customers according to our portfolio based on their in-depth knowledge of dairy process technology and operational optimization.

Industry / Customer Leadershi

Be seen as the expert in Bakery processing and where our technologies deliver value in application for us to win with customers.

Customer Relationships

Develop customer relationships with the technical / production team on-site

Business Growth

Identify opportunities and drive sales development for broader applications with customers according to our portfolio, based on in-depth knowledge of bakery process technology and operational optimization.

Strategy Planning

Input into strategy and key account planning process to identify opportunities for our technologies based on market knowledge, customer mapping and competitor intel.

Technical Support

Visit customers, providing guidance on the correct application of products from our portfolio, where required work with application teams to adjust the formulations of the final products to maximize the use of our products.

Support key customer on scale up/troubleshooting.

Qualifications and skills

•5 years of experience in the bakery industry (processes mainly and B2B experience)

•Bakery Process Technology Expertise – breads, buns, cakes, donuts, cookies.

•R&D Technical & Optimization and Operations experience

•Quality processes understanding & experience

•Commercial experience in B2B industry mandatory from bakery/ bakery ingredients industry

•Track record in delivering pipeline &project execution.

•Conversational English (Interviews will be done in English)

•Available to travel (20% of the time)
