WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nAssist with the day to day running of all operations​\nEffective delivery of our customers SOP‘S​\nManage and develop the consistent process for effective utilisation of staff minimising staff turnover and sickness through effective management systems​\nTo ensure consistent comprehensive practices are in place of all aspects of the company handbook e.g., Appraisals & performance management​\nGood knowledge and delivery of OMS​\nDevelop and complete the daily shift handover and face to face team PD's​\nEnsure all staff are fully updated and informed of all operational issues, company updates and station operational notices​\nTo effectively manage the BHU/IBB and Cabin Cleaning Colleagues within the operation ensuring their team is fully briefed​\nAccountable to meet all on time performance targets set by the customer ​\nTo ensure the smooth operation of the BHU/IBB/CC department, liaising with all departments Inc. and not limited to the SOC​\nConducting staff performance, appraisals and probationary reviews in line with Company Policies and Procedures​\nEnsure all staff comply with the company safety standards by completing audits using iAuditor, GSR's ​\nEnsure that all staff fully understand that safety is the number one priority for the company​\nCreate and sustain a safe working environment and culture. Ensure all staff comply with the Health & Safety at Work act 1974 and Revisions​\nBuild good working relationships with third party providers​\nRepresent the Company in a professional manner at all times​\nAny other reasonable duty as requested while on shift\n\n

\n\nAviation experience is preferable \nDemonstrable supervisory experience ​\nKnowledge of Line Controlling and Allocation would be an advantage​\nExcellent people and communication skills​\nExcellent leadership skills​\nAbility to communicate successfully at all levels, whilst leading and motivating a growing workforce​\nA track record of delivering against key performance targets​\nAbility to drive through policies and procedures.\n\n
