Delaware North Sportservice is searching for reliable and customer-focused part-time Bag Check Ambassadors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient bag check process for event attendees, contributing to a safe and enjoyable experience.

Pay $17.00 - $17.00 / hour

What will you do?Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service at the bag check area.Process payments from guests for bag check services.Inspect and securely store checked bags in designated areas.Ensure compliance with arena security policies regarding bag restrictions.Issue claim tickets and assist guests with retrieving their belongings after the event.Maintain a clean and organized bag check office.Collaborate with security personnel to address any concerns or prohibited items.Handle guest inquiries and provide general event information.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with large crowds.Log and distribute lost and found items.All other duties assigned by management
