All this, we do to provide an opportunity for a better future for all of our TEAM MEMBERS. **Key Responsibilities and Accountability include but are not limited to:** + Manufacture product consistent with product specifications for the assigned work area. + Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment. + Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment. + Assist with product reconditioning as needed and directed **Qualifications/Requirements include:** + Minimum of 3-6 months experience working in a similarly situated manufacturing company in the previous 5 years; 1+ years of experience preferred + Minimum of 6 months in previously held positions Applicants should be willing or capable of working and performing jobs in the following areas in the plant: + Work in an areas where livestock is being killed + Work regularly in temperatures are near or below freezing (Coolers, Loading Dock Freezer) + Work in areas with unpleasant odors + Work in damp or cold conditions (20-30 Degrees-Fabrication) + Work in extreme heat + Work in areas that require you to lift, pull, or push 50 lbs. + Work with sharp knives or a cutting tool + Willing and capable of working overtime when necessary (Heavy Season- August-February) + Available to work days and nights + Willing and capable of working Saturdays + Willing and capable of working in or around bloody areas, in a fast-paced work environment, performing repetitive hand motions and body movements.
