Tasked with leading a team of 9 dedicated engineers and technicians, they guarantee high availability and reliability of data within a mission-critical environment. Beyond daily operations, they drive strategic modernization initiatives, implement best-in-class backup infrastructure, and maintain alignment across regional teams. Additionally, they act as a bridge between IT operations and business needs, upholding service excellence, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency. **Responsibilités** + **Backup Management and Supervision** Responsible for designing and implementing robust backup and restoration strategies, the Backup Manager ensures the protection of corporate data assets. They oversee the seamless execution of backup operations using cutting-edge solutions such as Veeam 12, NetBackup 9.xx/10.xx, and Azure Backup. Through meticulous planning and proactive monitoring, they maintain compliance with stringent regulatory frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and GDPR, while continuously optimizing data storage and archiving mechanisms. + **Incident Management and Business Continuity** As the frontline guardian of data integrity, the Backup Manager swiftly diagnoses and resolves incidents, minimizing disruption and data loss.
