Job description & summaryPoint of contact for agencies and hiring process
Assist in creating, updating and distribution of job descriptions.
Facilitate the integration of candidate CVs into the hiring system while ensuring GDPR compliance.
Communicate regularly with managers regarding the hiring process.
Scheduling the interviews with the candidates, managers and vendors
Assist in onboarding processes by communicating with HC regarding new and exiting contractors
Provide hardware distribution assistance for contractors who has remote onboarding
Support the team in administrative tasks
Requirements of the roleProven admin experience
Client focus attitude
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
Previous experience in administration in technology team is a big advantage
Very good written and spoken English and Czech
