Back Office Administrator

To support our business and field operations, we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a key supporting role focused on ensuring smooth internal operations, administrative accuracy, and coordination with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative support to operational and technical teams

Prepare and maintain documentation related to project execution, certifications, and handovers

Communicate with certifying authorities and follow up on documentation requirements

Assist with invoicing processes and performance certificate preparation

Coordinate with clients on documentation and project-related queries

Support project closures on a monthly basis and participate in regular reporting

Collaborate with our Shared Services Center in Bratislava

Manage subcontractor documentation and orders

Enter and maintain data in internal systems such as SAP (create PRs, POs)

What We’re Looking For

Minimum secondary education (high school diploma)

Basic communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Open, cooperative, and team-oriented personality
