The Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThe requirements and responsibilities for the role include (but are not limited to) the following:
Assist with product development efforts across the foreign exchange business line.Participate in business analysis, testing, and research to support product development initiatives.Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development and to improve efficiencies of existing foreign exchange products.Document business requirements and deliver same as per business schedule.Participate in the studies for new products and projects, and assist in the development of cost models for existing and new business initiatives.Review and prepare business requirements.Document procedures, opportunities, best practices, project goals, and workflows.Write and maintain documents including business requirements, test scripts, and procedures.Support product development initiatives across the foreign exchange business, including project management support, and conduct tests to ensure that development is consistent with defined requirements. Definition, ownership and management of the Implementation Process. To proactively manage timely, complete and accurate updates to various weekly metrics, reports and project management tracking documents and lead global implementations from a technology perspective.Provide detailed walkthrough of requirements and filed any questions concerns that arise.The management and control of all issues within the in-house development environments.To act as the central point of liaison, communications and coordination between technical teams and other stakeholders throughout the implementation and code releases across both the TTS and FXLM business.To demonstrate knowledge of the underlying technology stack and supported/related business area.To build and maintain effective relationships with partners across Technology, Operations and Product.Identify issues, risks, dependencies and assumptions to ensure accurate planning;Contribute to the team, through sharing knowledge, recommending process improvements and supporting day to day activities.------------------------------------------------------
