Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Power App Developer, Financial Services
In this role, we are seeking an intermediate level Power App developer adept in reasoning and coding skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding and interpreting client requirement and delivering those in a defined timeline. The candidate should have a basic understanding of SharePoint, Power BI and other Power tools. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The meetings and interactions will be as per Australian shift but backend
working time is flexible.
Responsibilities· Understanding and executing projects: Collaborate with the client teams
directly to estimate project efforts and help them execute a project with all
deliverables.
· Process Explanation and Guidance: Should stay up to date with latest
technologies and have basic understanding of which options are better. (Ex. Decision
of using Qualtrics, Jira or Power Apps with current constraints)
· Communication Presentation: Continuous communication with the teams to
understand the core project requirements as per the problem statement. Should
deliver effective presentations at the end of the project.
· Weekly meetings: Participate in weekly project meetings to deliver the project on time by providing feedback and status reports.
· Issue Resolution: Address and resolve adhoc queries from client-end or operations
team-end through online support.
· Training and Knowledge Transfer: Should participate and also pro-actively
conduct on-the-job training and knowledge transfer sessions that helps operations
team in simplifying workflows.
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications· Education: Bachelor’s degree.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Understanding of Standard Processes: Strong understanding of standard
· processes and the ability to explain them clearly.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and raise concerns when needed.
