Key Responsibilities: * BA/PM will work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements * Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies or improvement areas * Develop clear business cases and recommendations supported by data and insights * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and product to implement solutions * Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams * As a BA/PM, you will assist in developing test cases and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) * Create and maintain documentation including process flows, requirement specifications, and reports * Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics * Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis
