As a Senior Manager of Solution Consulting, you will work as an advisor and subject matter expert to aid in the acquisition of new clients and expand relationships with existing clients in order to ensure the client partnerships are successful. Analyzes prospect and existing client businesses, provides benchmarks and best practices, delivers concrete recommendations on ways to optimize the business, and provides partnership proposals supported by business cases showing the cost benefit and value to clients and prospects. Responsible for all external-facing deliverables during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Gathers and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data on an existing client or prospect’s company strategyConduct interviews with various stakeholders inside prospects and clients,Conduct quantitative analyses on historical performance and opportunity dataDevelop a presentation and/or report to effectively convey the findingsPresent and defend the findings and recommendations to client and prospect stakeholders, again spanning multiple levels within the organizationDevelops the internal solution, the pricing model, and a solid business case for the existing client or prospect that conveys the benefits of partnership with the client or prospect.Contributes to sales meetings as a subject matter expertWorks cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure new engagements are set up for success in the sales cycle.Responsible for continuous internal process improvement:Provides feedback to internal teams as critical input in product roadmapContinuously improve tools and deliverables used in solution consultingMaintain cross functional communication and relationships to ensure more successful client experience

Qualifications

Strong presentation skills with a strong executive presenceExperience working on operational issues with great attention to detail and enthusiasmExperience and  knowledge of sales motions and processes at scaleProficient at building business cases and financial modelsProficient communication and teamwork skills; ability to inspire trust and confidence in othersExperience analyzing business issues in a consulting, sales or industry environment requiredExperience and deep understanding of the Profit and Loss modelExperience working on or with a sales teamBachelor’s Degree/Diploma, or the equivalent

Salary:

The base salary range for this position is $106,087 -$166,709 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
